"I'm not a member nor a student, but I had the wonderful experience of sailing on one of your 43 ft. sailboats during the summer and had a ball.  Two co-workers, Barbara and Linda, were taking classes from Butch and invited myself and another friend along "for the sail". 

It was a "Women's Sailing Class" and everyone was so much fun.  We sailed out into the Bay and over to a restaurant in Tiburon. I had never been out on the Bay before (except to take the ferry over to San Francisco) and saw some of the most beautiful sights from that boat.  What a perfect day it was. 

That was also my first experience with sailing and I had such fun watching the ladies handle the boat (beautifully I might add) while Butch sat back making sure everyone did everything correctly (always alert I might add).  He is an excellent instructor and my husband is hoping to take classes from him.  I just enjoyed sitting and relaxing, so I may not take the classes, but I'll sure enjoy the sailing.

Thanks again for your great Club and easy going manner. I felt very much a part of the group even though it was my first experience.  I hope to come along for another sail this spring (if Barbara or Linda invite me,  hint, hint). "
