"My wife got me started -- she was well on her way through the first three courses of the ASA program when she told me I had to catch up. The Tradewinds program is a terrific introduction to sailing -- your staff and instructors are knowledgeable and the fleet is great.

Sailing several different types of boats and taking your special classes, such as Diesel Engines and Sail Trim, prepared us to own our own boat, and now we have a 40' sloop that we bought for coastal cruising.

We still enjoy club activities very much, especially the charter cruises. The trip to the Greek Isles last year was so much fun that we are hooked on bareboat charters. The Friday night dinner sails are fun, too. I highly recommend Tradewinds Sailing Club to anyone at any level of skill looking for a quality operation."
